Board of Directors Organizational Chart

In accordance with the NACC By-laws:

  • Region Chairs, Vice-Chairs and Region Directors-at-Large are elected by Member Communities of the three respective Regions.
  • The President is elected by voting delegates of all Member Communities.
  • These elections occur at an Annual General Assembly of the NACC.
  • A Vice-President is elected by the Board from amongst the Chairs of the three (3) Regions.
  • The positions highlighted in yellow are the Executive Committee of the Board.

The Executive Director will attend all Board and Executive Committee Meetings as an ex officio non-voting member and a signing officer of NACC.
