Fisher Bay is adjacent to the northern boundary of the Fisher River reserve (Koostatak). Residents engage in commercial fishing on Lake Winnipeg. Fishers use the Catfish Creek, George’s Island, Jackhead, Koostatak and McBeth fish stations.
